The "milk bread" thing looks like a babka (traditional Jewish braided bread), in Budapest, it is Hearty Vegan Cakes (a little vegan pastry shop) who makes the best, try it if you can. :) (It's available in many cafés.) And I truly recommend the brunch dishes at Tökmag Vegan Street Food! :)

Great video! Very inspiring, colourful, nutrient dense meals 😍 I’d just stress that you be very careful with using that blender. You definitely wouldn’t want to risk tiny shards of glass blended into your food.
